Born in 1964, Georg grew up in Innsbruck, Austria as a creative child. He attended school at the College of Arts in Vienna during the late 80's studying interior design, and graffiti.
The results of Georg’s newer works of are the representation of his everyday experiences. This new age artist uses his own photography throughout his life as references for his paintings. His collectors are mostly moments and snapshots from own life and experiences during his life in the European culture. Georg's artwork lends realism to the paintings.
For the purposes of the painting, Dienz builds up his work compositionally, and then removes the color order radically from a traditional painting. The single color nuances do not flow into each other, they stand isolated on the canvas with the trend towards the abstraction.
Dienz has spent a long time with murals and graffiti style painting, which has evolved to his work on Canvas in the 2000's. During his study at the College of Arts in Vienna, he studied under in the Austrian master Maria Lassnig, who also intensely argues with color abstraction of paintings.
In the course of Georg’s years of work, Dienz finds more and more ways to evolve his artwork and express his life experiences. Georg Dienz current lives and paints in Berlin.
