Luhua was born in Zhejiang, China in 1957. When he was seven years old, he saw an artist painted an infant fox on the canvas at the zoo. He was amazed that a brush and color could become a beautiful painting. In 1974, he learned the sketch, calligraphy, watercolor and ink on rice paper from his high school art teachers, Mr. Feng and Mr. Fu. He dedicated most of his time on painting and tried to display his artworks at the State Art Exhibitions.
In 1976, Luhua became the private student of respected artist Professor Wen Kersing. Luhua did not get a chance to attend the college due to the years of China 'Culture Revolution' in 1970's, but his strong desire reinforces himself to continue painting, reading and observing the art knowledge, never feels tired to explore the different art skills. Luhua was working as the Art Director at an International Art Corporation. Due to the work responsibility, he had reviewed and evaluated thousand of paintings. This enforces Luhua expanding the art knowledge and becoming a good artist.
Luhua's fine artwork talks by itself, sells by itself. The color, composition, the detail and the quality of the artworks are appreciated by many private collectors, interior designers, and corporate buyers. Since 1984, Luhua decided to be a life-long professional artist.
